PORTSMOUTH, Va. — Whether you’re in the mood for something sweet or savory, or whether you prefer a mimosa or a steaming cup of coffee, Just Brunch on High Street in Portsmouth is catering to all kinds of brunch cravings.
The restaurant, which opened in August, was founded by Cardell Patillo, a familiar name in the city thanks to his role on the Portsmouth Public School Board. Patillo said the idea for Just Brunch came from a desire to fill what he says was a gap in the city’s dining options.
“Portsmouth is a beautiful city with a lot to offer, but we didn’t have a lot of brunch places in the City of Portsmouth where people can go and eat, have a good time, and enjoy fellowship,” Patillo told 13News Now…
