VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — A woman was seriously hurt after a vehicle crash involving a pedestrian on Independence Boulevard overnight.
According to officials, just before 12:30 a.m., officers were dispatched to the 200 block of Independence Boulevard for reports of a crash involving a pedestrian.
