PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — 1211 Centre Avenue, between Elm Avenue and Oak Street, will be temporarily closed from Oct. 20 to Oct. 24, according to the City of Portsmouth.
The closure is due to Whatley Construction installing utilities. 1211 Centre Avenue will be closed from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., reopening afterwards on each day. Elm Avenue or Oak Street can be used as a detour during those hours.
