Sinclair Broadcast Group adult hits “Bob FM 93.7” WNOB Norfolk, VA morning host Eric Worden and his wife, Julianne Worden, who served as Program Director and General Sales Manager for Sinclair news/talk WNIS (790) and talk WTAR/W243DJ (850/96.5), have both been let go by the company due to cost-cutting measures.
Eric Worden has hosted morning drive in the Norfolk-Virginia Beach-Newport News market for 35 years, 24 of those at “Bob FM,” while Julianne spent 37 years with Sinclair at WNIS and WTAR.
Worden said in a video posted to social media that he and Julianne were “really broken-hearted [and] both still very numb.”…
