PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — The Twisted Crab in Portsmouth will be closed indefinitely following a fire Sunday morning, according to officials.
Portsmouth Emergency Communications was notified of a smell of smoke at approximately 11:15 a.m. inside the seafood restaurant, located in the 4000 block of Victory Boulevard.
