VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — Animal Eye Care Associates announced they will be providing free eye exams for diabetic dogs during the entire month of November for Diabetes Awareness Month.
According to a release, the Virginia Beach-based veterinary ophthalmology specialty practice is hosting the free exams in order to raise awareness for the various eye problems that can arise in pets with diabetes, including cataracts and potential vision loss.
