VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Local groups and residents in Virginia Beach rallied outside U.S. Representative Jen Kiggans’ office to demand she “stop the healthcare heist.”
Organizers from Freedom Virginia, Affordable Virginia, and COVA Coalition warned that recent legislation could strip hundreds of thousands of Virginians of Medicaid or Affordable Care Act coverage, just as open enrollment begins on November 1.
