VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — The Virginia Beach Police Department is asking for the community’s help to identify an additional victim in a September shooting on North Great Neck Road.

Police say it happened on Sept. 27 in the parking lot of 401 North Great Neck Road, where 20-year-old Juelle Morton was shot and killed. Another victim was reportedly shot at and drove away.
The victim is described as a black male, who was wearing a white shirt and jeans. He drove an orange-colored sedean.
Detectives want to speak with him to check on his welfare and further the investigation…
