The Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) will hold a public information meeting on November 5, 2025. The meeting is about the Route 164 (Western Freeway) Corridor Study in Portsmouth. It will take place from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Portsmouth Library Churchland Branch, 4934 High Street West.
