NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A woman has been arrested in connection with a fatal shooting on East Olney Road in Norfolk last month, according to police.
On Oct. 30, officers were in the area of East Olney Road when they heard multiple gunshots around 5:20 p.m.
Officers subsequently found a man, identified as 56-year-old John L. Howard Sr., suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound. He was taken to the Sentara Norfolk General Hospital where he was pronounced dead…
