A local resident reported an incident involving Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) on Diamond Springs and Bayside this morning. The eyewitness was on their way to work when they saw a woman being detained by ICE. The woman was sitting on the grass by the side of the road, surrounded by several unmarked vehicles with heavy tinting. A Norfolk Police officer was also present at the scene. The woman was handcuffed behind her back, and a young boy, assumed to be under her care, was watching the incident unfold. The eyewitness expressed disappointment in the local police for assisting ICE, urging others not to be on the wrong side of history.
