VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — A two-vehicle crash on Interstate 264 caused significant delays Monday morning in Virginia Beach.
The incident occurred shortly after 8:30 near the Independence Boulevard exit (Exit 17A). Earlier, the eastbound right center lane, right outside lane, and right shoulder were closed while emergency crews responded.
The crash has since been cleared, and all lanes are now open. Traffic is beginning to improve through the area…
