CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — One of the two men who found the remains of a body just off of Interstate 64 off of Happy Acres Road in Chesapeake 42 years ago said he was shocked by the photos he saw when 10 On Your Side reported on an update in the case.

It’s another chapter to the cold case mystery of remains found in the woods in Chesapeake.
