VIDEO: Coast Guard rescues man from Carnival Pride near Chesapeake Bay

CHESAPEAKE BAY (WAVY) – The U.S. Coast Guard flew an 82-year-old man from aboard the Carnival Pride to a hospital in Norfolk after he showed symptoms of a heart attack.

The incident occurred around 2:20 a.m. on Nov. 24, when the Carnival Pride was near the entrance of the Chesapeake Bay, according to Coast Guard spokesperson Petty Officer Matthew West.
