The Transportation Toll Facility Advisory Committee (TTFAC) will hold a Citizen Information Meeting on December 11, 2025, at the Chesapeake Central Library. The meeting will cover proposed increases to tolls and membership fees. These changes would affect the Chesapeake Expressway and Dominion Blvd Veterans Bridge. The plan includes raising Discount Program membership fees and peak-weekend tolls for the Expressway starting May 1, 2026. Toll-by-plate rates for the Veterans Bridge may increase beginning July 1, 2026. The toll schedules for both facilities may also be extended through 2045 and 2046.
