RICHMOND, VA (WAVY) — The Virginia Department of Veterans Services and community partners will hold a holiday wreath-laying event on Saturday, Dec. 13. at the Virginia’s three state veteran ceremonies, which are at the Virginia Veterans Ceremony in Ameila, the Southwest Virginia Veterans Ceremony in Dublin, and the Albert G. Horton, Jr. Memorial Veterans Ceremony in Suffolk.
