NORFOLK, Va. — A man has died, and another has been charged after a shooting last week in Ocean View, Norfolk police said.
Officers were called around 8 p.m. on November 25 to the Tinee Giant parking lot on the 100 block of West Ocean View Avenue, where they found Tyrone Walker, 27, of Norfolk, with a life-threatening gunshot wound.
A short time later, police located a second man, Trevonte Dugue, 29, also of Norfolk, with a gunshot wound in the 1800 block of East Ocean View Avenue. Investigators determined he was injured in the same shooting…
