Two arrested after shooting inside Chesapeake KFC

CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — Two men were arrested after shooting inside a Chesapeake KFC and being uncooperative with officers on Monday, according to police.

Officers responded to the KFC, located at 3148 Western Branch Boulevard, for a report of a shot being fired inside the building.

Upon arrival, they located two suspects nearby, Kaden Ratliff (18) and Billy Ratliff (39). Police said they were not cooperative and showed signs of intoxication.

During their encounter, officers recovered a firearm with a spent round from Kaden. Police said a bullet hole was later found inside the restaurant bathroom…
