PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — The Portsmouth Police Department is searching for a missing and endangered 14-year-old boy.
Damien Henderson-Tew was last seen in the 3200 block of Cedar Lane at approximately 1 a.m. on Dec. 3 driving a white Toyota 4-Runner with VA license plate number VSW-5416. Police said the vehicle was last seen on Flock surveillance in Roanoke Rapids, North Carolina.
Henderson-Tew is described as 5’6″ and 130 pounds. He has brown hair, brown eyes and wears dental braces. He was dressed in a dark-colored sweatshirt and sweatpants…
