CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) – I-664 in Chesapeake, was just one of the roads in the area being pretreated with brine ahead of the winter weather headed towards Hampton Roads.
According to 10 On Your Side’s weather team, Hampton Roads is forecasted to get between 1-4 inches of snow on Monday.
