According to WalletHub.com’s Most Caring Cities in America (2026). Boston is the second-most compassionate city in America. The only city that beat Boston in WalletHub’s study was Virginia Beach, Virginia. According to their research, Boston residents donate more money online per capita than anywhere else in the US.
