POURTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — Residents celebrated the national Wreaths Across America day in Portsmouth Saturday.
Spanning across the country, the Wreaths Across America day brings communities together to lay wreaths on local veterans’ graves. Portsmouth’s event took place at the Cedar Grove Cemetery on Dec. 13 at 12 p.m.
