VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — The City of Virginia Beach Development Authority will be awarding a $508,000 grant to TST Tactical Defense Solutions for capital investment, according to a press release.
TST Tactical Defense Solutions is an SBA-certified 8(a) and veteran-owned contractor that specializes in commercial roofing and glazing construction. The contractor has previously worked with Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command and the United States Army Corps of Engineers.
