Flock cameras lead to Chesapeake man’s arrest in Rockbridge County

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — Law enforcement in Rockbridge County says Flock cameras led to the arrest of a Chesapeake man wanted on multiple crimes in Virginia Beach.

The office of Sheriff Tony McFaddin, sheriff for Rockbridge County and Lexington City, said they received an alert from a Flock license plate reader in the Fairfield area of Rockbridge County last Monday, Dec. 8. The alert identified a stolen vehicle out of Virginia Beach.

Personnel from Rockbridge County Sheriff’s Office, as well as a conservation police officer, went to the area and found the stolen vehicle at a truck stop. They then boxed in the vehicle and took the driver into custody without incident, they said…
