NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Virginia started out the year in a strong position and is ending it in a more perilous one.
That’s according to the 11th State of the Commonwealth report by the Dragas Center for Economic Analysis and Policy and the Strone College of Business at Old Dominion University. The 143-page report gives a glimpse into the state of the Commonwealth’s economy.
