VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — The City of Virginia Beach will be holding a memorial service to observe National Homeless Persons’ Memorial Day Wednesday night, according to a press release.
Virginia Beach Homeless Persons’ Memorial Service will feature Virginia Beach Housing & Neighborhood Preservation, the Virginia Beach Human Rights Commission and the BEACH Community Partnership. The event will take place at the Housing Resource Center on Dec. 17 at 6 p.m.
