NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A Norfolk bicyclist was hit by a car Monday morning, and the driver involved didn’t stay on the scene.
Micheal Merritt said he was riding along Granby Street near Delaware Avenue when he was side-swiped by a car that kept on driving.
