Last member of radio’s Boodah Brothers needs help after near-death experience

CHESAPEAKE, Va. ( WAVY) — If hip-hop music was the soundtrack of your life here in Hampton Roads in the 1990s, chances are you woke up in the morning to The Boodah Brothers on 103 JAMZ.

“They had look, they were talented, they had the, passion and as hip hop was growing,they were a couple of hip hop guys. And so just everything converged for them to just be perfect at that time,” said DJ Fountz, the station’s program manager.

And, the Boodah Brothers were a perfect pair with Andy Fox. The morning show DJs made a guest appearance on Andy’s popular Road Rebels segment. DJ Law and Big B offered driving saftey tips, which included reminders about using seat belts…
