Man charged after woman grazed by bullet in Norfolk home

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — A Norfolk man has been arrested in connection to a shooting incident on Greenleaf Drive Sunday night, according to police.

Officers responded to a report of a gunshot victim around 10:05 p.m. in the 400 block of Church Street.

Upon arrival, they discovered a woman suffering from a graze wound and learned the incident happened at a home in the 1800 block of Greenleaf Drive.

Following an investigation, Zollie R. Barrett, 39, was taken into custody and charged with discharging a firearm in an occupied building, possession of a firearm by felon and reckless handling. He is currently being held without bond…
