CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — Court documents have revealed some disturbing details about a woman facing charges in an animal cruelty case in Chesapeake that left a French bulldog dead.

Tiesha Zaragoza was in a Chesapeake courtroom Monday for an arraignment on charges of animal cruelty that was reported by a veterinarian hospital Nov. 15.
Court paperwork incidates that the owner brought in the sick dog, a French Bulldog named Bella. The veterinarian found she was carrying a deceased 52-day old puppy inside and advised about removal, and the risks without removal.
