VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – A multi-vehicle crash is causing delays on I-264 near Witchduck Road, as the east left center lane, right center lane, right lane, and right shoulder are closed, according to 511 Virginia.
The accident occurred Tuesday at mile marker 15.3 in the City of Virginia Beach.
