NORFOLK, Va. — A Norfolk man is charged with several crimes after police say a woman suffered a graze wound from a bullet on Sunday night.
Zollie R. Barrett, 39, was taken into custody in the area of the 1800 block of Greenleaf Drive and charged with discharging a firearm in an occupied building, possession of a firearm by a felon, and reckless handling of a firearm.
It started when police responded to the 400 block of Church Street just after 10 p.m. for a report of a gunshot victim. They found a woman suffering from a graze wound and learned the incident occurred at the Greenleaf Drive home…
