PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) — A vacant house fire on Jamestown Avenue is under investigation, according to Portsmouth Fire Rescue & Emergency Services.
Crews were dispatched to the 400 block of Jamestown Avenue in reference to a residential structure fire at approximately 9:45 p.m.
