A Christmas ‘miracle’ for Norfolk SPCA: Empty kennels

NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Tuesday night was the first-ever Silent Night for the Norfolk SPCA’s kennels, as every dog it had is spending Christmas in a home.

So far in 2025, it has had 1,567 adoptions and called the silent night “so well deserved for these animals, and of course, our staff. We are hoping they find their forever homes, but either way, we welcome them back Friday with open arms.”
