CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) – A woman who was pinned inside of an overturned dump truck earlier this week is grateful to be enjoying another holiday with her family. The man who rescued the woman spoke with 10 On Your Side about his heroic actions.
Carl Williams said it was a split second decision for him to save the person inside the truck, he says he was glad he was at the right place, at the right time.
