NORFOLK, Va. — We first met Shauntel Davis and her popular food truck Avocargo more than three years ago. Now, she is taking on a new venture in Downtown Norfolk.
“Initially, I felt that my food was delicious and it would just pop off and everyone would be clamoring to buy and support… but on the business side, you have to constantly put yourself out there,” she explained.
