NORFOLK, Va. — The Chrysler Museum of Art is hosting Winter Wonderland events on Friday and Saturday, offering free admission and a range of holiday-themed activities for visitors of all ages.
Winter Wonderland runs Friday and Saturday, Dec. 26–27, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The museum is inviting guests to wear pajamas and take part in live music, gallery tours, storytelling, and artmaking activities. The event also includes the seventh annual Chrysler Bake Off. At 1 p.m. Friday, the museum will host a free screening of the animated film Happy Feet in the Kaufman Theater. Registration is not required for Winter Wonderland events.
The Great Chrysler Bake Off is scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 27, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. During the event, youth and adult bakers will present desserts inspired by works from the museum’s collection in a non-competitive setting.
