Norfolk woman, CHKD doctor dead after crash on I-85 in Dinwiddie
On Monday, Dec. 29, the Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters, based in Norfolk, alerted the public of Dr. Faiqa Qureshi’s death.
Qureshi was involved in a single-vehicle crash on northbound I-85 about 2.5 miles north of McKenney Highway in Dinwiddie County. Virginia State Police say her vehicle ran off the left side of the road and caught fire.
Troopers say Qureshi died as a result of her injuries. She was wearing a seatbelt at the time of the incident…
