VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) – A Moyock man was bitten by a spider, but it led to a much bigger diagnosis. He wasn’t in the hospital long before they told him he had leukemia and was given days to live.
It started with a spider bite, but other strange reactions that followed are what finally drove 62-year-old Bobby Sipka to Sentara Virginia Beach Hospital more than four months later.
