City bans flock cameras as lawsuit continues in another

(WKBN) — As law enforcement in the Valley continues to utilize Flock cameras, some cities across the U.S. are taking issue with them, and one has decided to ban them altogether.

The city council in Flagstaff, Arizona, voted on Dec. 16 to cancel its Flock camera contract following public concern about privacy. The Flagstaff Police Department has deactivated the system and is working with Flock to remove the city’s 32 cameras.
