VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — A man has died as the result of a shooting at a house party along Frazier Lane in Virginia Beach early Thursday morning, his family has confirmed to 10 On Your Side.
Family members have identified the man who died as Jeremiah Cuffee, 19.
