VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — The majority of parking at Lynnhaven Mall remains free to shoppers, but a new, smaller section near mall entrances now offers preferred paid parking. The area is managed by 12 Oaks and enforced 24 hours a day, seven days a week, using license plate recognition, for closer, more convenient access.
Parking costs for Preferred Paid Parking are as follows:
- $2.45 for up to one hour
- $4.45 for one to two hours
- $6.45 for two to three hours
- $8.45 for three to four hours
- $10.45 for four hours or more
Handicapped parking remains free near the entrances.
Ten percent of Lynnhaven Mall’s net proceeds come from your parking payment excluding taxes, platform fees and fees retained by the parking operator will be donated to the Foodbank of Southeastern Virginia and the Eastern Shore, according to Lynnhaven Mall.
