Chesapeake Police search for jewelry store theft suspect

CHESAPEAKE, Va. (WAVY) — A man stole a pair of diamond earrings at a jewelry store inside Greenbrier Mall Thursday in Chesapeake, police said.

Chesapeake Police said the larceny took place around 3 p.m. at Jewelry Palace inside the mall as employees reported that a man came into the store, asked to view a pair of diamond earrings valued at about $220, and then left the store without paying for them.
