VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY) — A newly-renovated boat ramp at Owl Creek in Virginia Beach is drawing complaints from boaters who say the project has created new problems instead of solving old ones.

Construction at the Owl Creek Boat Ramp was completed after several months of renovations. The upgraded ramp now features three launch lanes, a design intended to make it easier for boats of various sizes to enter and exit the waters.
