HAMPTON, Va. (WAVY)– A woman is in custody after they say she attempted to elude police in Hampton on Wednesday night.
According to State Police, officers attempted a traffic stop on a Black 2008 Jeep SUV at 11:40 p.m. on Mercury Boulevard. The driver did not stop and a pursuit was initiated.
Police said this same driver had eluded law enforcement in multiple jurisdictions over the past week…
