VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. — A trial date has been scheduled for one of three former Virginia Beach sheriff’s deputies accused of killing an inmate while in custody.
A spokesperson for the Virginia Beach Commonwealth’s Attorney said Kevin Wilson will have a motions hearing on January 13, 2027, to be followed by a trial beginning on February 8, 2027.
On June 4, 2024, 34-year-old Rolin Hill was arrested for trespassing, resisting arrest, and disorderly conduct charges.
