NORFOLK, Va. — According to Navy officials, Alonzo Martin was found dead inside a command building at Naval Station Norfolk on Friday.
A representative with the League of United Latin American Citizens (LULAC) said this death and the limited details about the case are renewing their push for accountability from the Navy.
