NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Motorists on I-64 in Norfolk should brace for significant delays due to congestion following a major multi-vehicle crash that occurred mid afternoon Saturday at the Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel West.
Since 4:38 p.m., all westbound lanes have reopened, causing traffic to back up for 5.0 miles, according to VDOT.
