NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) — Norfolk Police are investigating an undetermined death after a deceased man was found Monday morning on Tidewater Drive.
According to police, officers were called to the 5600 block of Tidewater Drive around 7:40 a.m. on Jan. 19 for a report of an unresponsive person. When first responders arrived, a man was pronounced dead.
