VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. (WAVY)– Virginia Beach natives Pharrell Williams and hip-hop duo Clipse are set to perform on music’s “biggest night”.
Williams and Clipse, Pusha T and Malice, will hit the stage at the 68th Annual Grammy Award Show. Not only are the artists performing at this years award show, but they each have several nominations.
Clipse, who returned to the rap scene after a 16-year hiatus, are nominated for five awards including:
- Album of the Year (Let God Sort Em Out)
- Best Rap Performance (Chains & Whips)
- Best Rap Song (The Birds Don’t Sing)
- Best Rap Album (Let God Sort Em Out)
- Best Music Video (So Be It)
Williams, who already has 13 Grammy wins, is nominated for four awards including:
- Album of the Year (Let God Sort Em Out)
- Best Rap Performance (Chains & Whips)
- Best Rap Song (The Birds Don’t Sing)
- Best Music Film (Piece By Piece)
